You have two options. Small changes can be handled à la carte at $95/hour with a one-day turnaround. Or you can sign up for our monthly maintenance plan ($100/month) which covers ongoing updates, hosting management, and quick edits. Most clients start without it and add it later.
No — completely optional. When your site launches, you own it outright: the domain, the code, the hosting account. You can manage it yourself, hand it to anyone else, or keep us on retainer for $100/month to handle updates, hosting, edits, and uptime. See what the plan covers.
Your only ongoing cost is the domain itself — about $12 per year. No platform fees, no monthly Squarespace bill, no surprise charges. We can manage hosting for you for a small monthly fee, or you can take it over yourself.
Every site we build includes proper on-page SEO setup (page titles, meta descriptions, structured data, sitemap submission). For local service businesses, we also help configure your Google Business Profile, which is usually a bigger driver of leads than search ranking. We don't promise overnight rankings — anyone who does is lying — but we set the foundation correctly.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for bugs and questions. After that, you can either reach out for à la carte help or sign up for the maintenance plan. We're not going anywhere — most of our clients stay in touch for years.
You can — and for some businesses, that's a fine starting point. The trade-offs: you pay $20-40 every month forever, your site looks like a template (which customers can recognize), it loads slower than a custom site, and you're locked into their platform. Our sites are faster, cheaper to run long-term, look unique to your business, and are yours to keep.
